I thought: ok, it happens, next time they will do it right - The next day I waited 40 minutes. Then I received a message asking me to come to a location 2-3 minutes from the main spot. Je suis arrivée au camp de surf qui était vide et j’ai compris pourquoi quelques temps après. Un premier contact avec Jack qui se présente en tant que prof de surf et célibataire. Bon soit. Un cours dans la piscine était prévu à 13h30 puis finalement à 13h car il s’était trompé. Je me suis ensuite retrouvée dans des vagues bien trop grandes pour moi étant la seule débutante du groupe. Cela n’a étonné personne et à part me dire « tu dois pousser ton mental », je n’ai eu aucune compréhension. J’ai failli louper l’activité « surf strenght and ice bath » car il a encore une fois oublié de me tenir au courant de l’endroit. J’ai dû demander à d’autres personnes rencontrées plus tôt où était le rendez vous car cela me paraissait bizarre. Pour finir, il m’assure que le rendez vous du lendemain est à 10 heures du matin. Je me permets donc de faire des choses de mon côté jusqu’à 10h. Quand je me rends devant la réception pour les attendre, personne… le réceptionniste me dit qu’ils sont partis depuis une heure. Il avait encore oublié. Pour finir, j’ai dû échanger avec lui et négocier longtemps pour avoir un petit remboursement… Des justifications en remettant la faute sur ses collègues ou même sur moi ! Absolutely. Most of our guests come alone and leave with a whole new surf family. Small groups, shared dinners, and daily surf sessions make it easy to connect — even if you’re shy.
Perfect. Our beginner program is designed to take you from zero to standing confidently on waves — safely, patiently, and at your own pace.
Don’t worry. On your first day, our coaches will check your skills and place you in the right group. You won’t be over- or under-challenged.
We keep it small: 1 coach for every 2 students. This means more waves, more feedback, and faster progress.
Not at all. We provide soft tops, hard boards, longboards, shortboards — everything. But if you have a board you love, feel free to bring it.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings at Nuna Surf may be cancelled prior to the arrival date.
A booking is considered officially cancelled only after written confirmation is received by our team.
The following cancellation fees apply:
– 30 days or more before arrival: 15% of total accommodation package (non-refundable)
– 14–29 days before arrival: 30% of total package (non-refundable)
– 7–13 days before arrival: 60% of total package (non-refundable)
– 2–6 days before arrival: 90% of total package (non-refundable)
– Less than 48 hours / no-show: 100% of total package (non-refundable)
All accommodation packages are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
