Whether you are catching your very first wave or already comfortable in the lineup, our surf camp is built to support all levels. Our experienced local surf team will guide you based on ocean conditions, skill level, and daily surf forecasts, so every session feels safe, fun, and rewarding.

    Property & Cancellation Policies

    Cancellation Policy

    All bookings at Nuna Surf may be cancelled prior to the arrival date.
    A booking is considered officially cancelled only after written confirmation is received by our team.

    The following cancellation fees apply:

    – 30 days or more before arrival: 15% of total accommodation package (non-refundable)
    – 14–29 days before arrival: 30% of total package (non-refundable)
    – 7–13 days before arrival: 60% of total package (non-refundable)
    – 2–6 days before arrival: 90% of total package (non-refundable)
    – Less than 48 hours / no-show: 100% of total package (non-refundable)

    All accommodation packages are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

    Change of Booking

    – Date changes may be requested up to 6 weeks before arrival, subject to availability
    – Change requests made 7 days–6 weeks prior to arrival may be subject to a 25% change fee
    – Requests made less than 7 days before arrival are subject to availability and may not be refundable
    – Any price difference will be borne by the guest

    Replacement Guest

    Guest replacement is possible upon request.
    An administrative fee may apply depending on the booking details.

    Surf & Activity Disclaimer

    Surf sessions and activities are weather and ocean-condition dependent.
    In the event of unsafe conditions, alternative arrangements may be provided when possible.
    Third-party tours or activities booked outside Nuna Surf are not covered by this policy.

    Terms and Conditions

    Booking & Payment

    – All bookings are confirmed after submitting the booking form and receiving confirmation via WhatsApp
    – Full payment is required to secure the booking
    – Payment instructions will be shared directly by the Nuna Surf team
    – Bank transfer or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the guest

    Check-in & Check-out

    – Check-in: From 2:00 PM
    – Check-out: By 11:00 AM
    – Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges

    Room Allocation

    – Dormitory rooms are shared with other guests
    – Nuna Surf does not guarantee specific roommates
    – Mixed-gender dormitories are standard unless otherwise stated

    Health & Participation

    – Guests confirm they are physically fit to participate in surf activities
    – Nuna Surf is not responsible for injuries caused by negligence, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instructor guidance
    – Guests are strongly advised to have valid travel, health, and surf insurance

    Liability

    – Nuna Surf is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
    – Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, equipment, or facilities due to negligence or misuse

    Equipment

    – Surf equipment included in the package must be used responsibly
    – Any loss or damage may be charged accordingly
    – Additional equipment insurance may be offered upon request

    Force Majeure

    Nuna Surf shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government regulations, or local restrictions.

    Privacy

    Guest personal information is used solely for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
