Horrible service - and they still haven't refunded my money (UPD finally refunded after 3 weeks of waiting) I met with them, discussed options, and the next day paid for 10 lessons in advance. - On the first lesson they were 30 minutes late and gave me a 7.8 board instead of 7.0 (I clearly said that 7.0-7.6 would be fine). I thought: ok, it happens, next time they will do it right - The next day I waited 40 minutes. Then I received a message asking me to come to a location 2-3 minutes from the main spot. A few minutes later I was there and found out that they completely forgot about me and left on a boat without me. In the end, I went alone in the boat to the spot, but the board they gave me was 8.9 instead of 7.0. After that I knew for sure that I would never, under any circumstances, surf with them again. Je suis arrivée au camp de surf qui était vide et j’ai compris pourquoi quelques temps après. Un premier contact avec Jack qui se présente en tant que prof de surf et célibataire. Bon soit. Un cours dans la piscine était prévu à 13h30 puis finalement à 13h car il s’était trompé. Je me suis ensuite retrouvée dans des vagues bien trop grandes pour moi étant la seule débutante du groupe. Cela n’a étonné personne et à part me dire « tu dois pousser ton mental », je n’ai eu aucune compréhension. J’ai failli louper l’activité « surf strenght and ice bath » car il a encore une fois oublié de me tenir au courant de l’endroit. J’ai dû demander à d’autres personnes rencontrées plus tôt où était le rendez vous car cela me paraissait bizarre. Pour finir, il m’assure que le rendez vous du lendemain est à 10 heures du matin. Je me permets donc de faire des choses de mon côté jusqu’à 10h. Quand je me rends devant la réception pour les attendre, personne… le réceptionniste me dit qu’ils sont partis depuis une heure. Il avait encore oublié. Pour finir, j’ai dû échanger avec lui et négocier longtemps pour avoir un petit remboursement… Des justifications en remettant la faute sur ses collègues ou même sur moi ! D’après les dires de plusieurs personnes, je ne suis pas la première à qui ça arrive. Don’t worry. On your first day, our coaches will check your skills and place you in the right group. You won’t be over- or under-challenged.
